Digo a learning mobile app

OVERVIEW

Digo is an application designed to help adults find it difficult to learn a new language, most often at work or when meeting other people.

The goal was to create a prototype in order to help people communicate.

Gathering insights

I did affinity mapping to synthesize the pains found after gathering the recordings from the user interviews. I organized these issues into categories based on similar themes and characteristics.

Creating wireframes for the solution

Based on the issues stated above, I devised various methods to overcome issues

I quickly sketched up some basic wireframes to get input on the overall layout and structure from Product and users. This necessitated the creation of a standardized visual hierarchy and layout.

Getting the drawings approved

I held usability testing sessions with our core users to see if the new designs would help them address their difficulties.

Polished designs

Users have expressed gratitude for the easier setting of their Audiences, which has saved them a significant amount of time.
